The 1st of December saw SECURICO celebrating 24 years of Quality and Excellence combined with its Wellness Clinic Launch and World AIDS Day commemorations. The company has always been a trailblazer having in the past driven the inclusion of women in the security sector and becoming the first security company to be certified to ISO 9001 in the Year 2005 among others. It is no surprise that it has become yet the first security company to launch a Clinic and Wellness Centre for its employees.
Addressing guests at the monumental event SECURICO Board Chairperson, Mrs Gloria Zvaravanhu, likened SECURICO to a pencil that keeps being sharpened when it gets blunt. She further mentioned that the company has been driven by the things that happen in the market and was able to rise above the storm hence the 24-Years of Quality and Excellence. It was evident to all present that SECURICO has managed to survive and thrive in less than favourable conditions.

A lot of lives have been impacted so positively on what the leaders here have done, not just to its valuable employees, but to the community at large.” Mrs Zvaravanhu stated. “I am aware of the many internal welfare programmes in place that place the people right in the centre of what is important to the business” she continued.
